SUNNOVA and EFFICIENT HOME SERVICES
Sunnova contracted with Efficient Home Services to install solar panels on my home. The breather pipe was cut resulting I leaks which damaged the roof and kitchen ceiling. On Oct 30, 2024 the Sunnova tech (the only bright light in this experience) acknowledged the pipe should not have been cut, documented the damage and sent a report to Sunnova. Over 20 calls to Customer Service, one email from an Executive Resolution Specialist on Nov 20, 2024 requesting a good contact times (which I provided), several voice mails left by me the "specialist" have resulted in nothing being done...not even a return call from said "specialist". Sunnova canceled 2 work orders .. claiming 1) they called me and I did not answer the phone (there is no record in my phone of this call) and 2) the team assigned by Efficient Home Services to tackle my case no longer existed. We are now on the 3rd case number for the same issue with nothing happening to resolve the problem.

Last month my solar system was not generating as usually.
I call for service on friday afternoon. Next monday we received your service and the problem was solved.
System is now working 100%.

People were knowlable of their work and very heipful in their implementation of the Tesla app. Initial approach of salesman was very professional and excellent in informing all alternatives for the system. We feel very satisfied with all the work performed.
