Absolute waste of time
I have never been so frustrated with a company. I ordered same day delivery flowers, and they said they had been delivered when they hadn't even been made yet three days later. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They said they did a full refund but when comparing what I was charged and what I was refunded I was $10 short. After numerous attempts to communicate with someone I finally was told that my $10 wasn't returned due to American money being worth more than Canadian and that is why I didn't get my full refund. With all the "uh's and ums" left in the voicemail Dave did not sound confident in his excuse at all. I don't recommend this company at all.

This is a small local business which should be supported and I love it
I love to support small local businesses. This one is very impressive. The variety of selections is stunning. It took me a good hour to make my selection because I found so many items that I absolutely loved. I had to force myself to narrow down my choices. I am delighted with my selection. The payment method was easy to understand and quickly completed. I can't wait for my Sister and her Husband to receive their bouquet for their 50th Anniversary! Thank you, Sunny Flower Delivery.

False advertising of $10 discount on first order
Their website offered a $10 subscriber discount on my first order; however, after subscribing and applying the code to the checkout am I then notified that I have to have a $74.99 order (I was $10 under), which was not stipulated prior to ordering. False advertising! Shame on you for trying to drum up business like that!

One star is generous
One star is generous. I paid for same-day flower delivery and the flowers arrived four days late — after they were needed.
They were for my mom on the day of my dad’s cremation.
Then the card attached was addressed to and signed by completely different people. Missing the delivery date was bad enough. Sending someone else’s message during a family loss was inexcusable.
A complete failure of timing, accuracy, and care.
