I made a purchase of a makeup product advertised on Instagram. It’s been 6 weeks, and no product. No reply from their “customer service” department. Basically a complete rip off. Don’t use them, whatever the product. I wish I had read these reviews first. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Oh well.

Do not order from this utter trash of a company. Ordered one thing (got charged for 3)!! They said they cant refund. 3 weeks later no sign of the goods either. A complete scam avoid at all costs

Faulty item received.
I purchased the moving and chirping bird. Does nothing, doesn't move, doesn't chirp.
I constantly emailed company and used the contact form on their website but no response.
Poor customer service.

Absolute disgrace - ordered product in good faith on 3 day delivery here we are 4 weeks later no sign of anything !!

Not working item with no customer service. Send 4 emails, no reply. Just flashed the money in a toilet.

Most likely indian owners typical scammers! No email response, no tracking no, no everything!

Awful DO NOT BUY no tracking no items received no response to multiple emails thankfully paid via PayPal so got a full refund.
Amazon get them off your site

Ordered an item beginning of November, now its the 19th December and not received it. I have complained/ chased a few times with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money, then nothing.

Dreadful Company. No goods delivered. Never respond to emails. I suggest they be removed as all of these Customers report the same problem.
My rating would be no stars if that were possible.

I have not received my order. I kept checking status and it said unfulfilled. I sent a message to ask where it was and now the site is saying I have no orders. I wished I had checked the reviews before I ordered.

Completely scammed just like all the other reviewers here. I placed an order a few weeks ago with sunny go from an ad that came up on TikTok. Money was taken and I was emailed with an order number. To this day never heard a word from them since despite numerous emails sent to them. Only wish I had checked the reviews before I placed the order. How are they getting away with this? Is there no law at all to take them off line? Stealing people’s hard earned money, they should be locked up, pure criminals!

I would NOT use this company! I was charged twice for my order and have been completely ignored by the customer services for over 10 days so far when asking that they refund the mistaken additional payment. This is not bad service it is theft!

I've ordered the white cream foundation that it was supposed to change the colour on your face and is not working at all the foundation remain white and it doesn't cover anything on your face
It is a scam and a waste of money

Awful company, they don’t even follow their own policy on cancellation/ammend order - they in fact totally ignore it! They never respond to email, will be taking up with credit card plus reporting to trading standards - stay clear!

I ordered product on 15th Nov. Still haven't received it. Sent two emails. No reply. I am going to contact tick tok, Facebook, Instagram. Everyone i can and spread the news not to order from this website. Wish I had read reviews first.

Paid for an item through PayPal on the 7th December,next day I went to look for a tracking number,no where to be seen,sent a couple of emails and got no reply, stay well clear of these thieving gits.
My refund from PayPal is on it's way.

wish I had checked reviews before I placed an order with these lot...!! will not reply to my emails at all...!!!
still waiting for my order but it looks like these lot are a scam site...!!
