If I could give less than 1 star I would…. Don’t order anything from this website ITS A SCAM

Ordered a fold up chair for a birthday present. Just arrived, dangerous, misleading, size is suitable for a garden gnome. It was supposed to be a large one and too late for the birthday, i was so embarassed turning up without a present. Its could only be used safely in this size as a footstool in my opinion.How do i return it free of charge?

Ordered an electric nail trimmer
What turned up was a tiny plastic box with a small grinding wheel, not the adjustable power version. Worth about £3 not the £15 they charged. No answering to my emails. Steer clear!

The iPhone charging stand looks impressive but, if you will forgive me, I’ll wait until your Trustpilot ratings of 1.5 eventually climbs to 4 or even 4.5 stars.

Terrible! Bought the supposedly removable stickers for hanging frames - but when I tried to remove it, it ripped a chunk of plaster from my wall - zero stars

Poor quality product for extremely high cost, very slow delivery and definitely not worth the money, wait or interest, stay well away, the company should be shut down and blocked from any advertising platform

Ordered some ear drops for my dog. No delivery no response from several emails. However. They did respond on Facebook messenger. They were delivered. They have taken a while but have arrived. I will update again after I have tried the drops.

I ordered a car video rechargeable battery with no wires. It arrived with lots of wires & a cigarette lighter charger which my electric car does not have.
I have messaged Sunnygo 3 times to ask for a return address with no response.

Product I ordered does Not work. I have tried to contact them four times now by two separate methods. Had no reply. Do not buy from them.

By mistake I ordered 4 instead of only 1 Car repair cream tubes costing £32.98 in total. I immediately tried to cancel order (within an hour) as their T&C's say an order can be cancelled if item not yet dispatched. I sent numerous emails - no reply to any. Have now received email to say delivery on its way. If I choose to return unwanted goods I have to pay £25 postage. What a con!! DO NOT BE TAKEN IN!!

Of If I could give no stars I would. Ordered something in November and still waiting. No repose to any of my emails or messages! SCAM. Do not use them.

If I could give this company I would give it a zero. I ordered 2 wrist blood pressure cuffs . They are poor quality and both don’t work properly. I have left a message with customer services and still not heard anything. I would say don’t buy anything from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Valentines card was ordered on the 2nd February and it turned up in the 21st - pretty pointless and the card was damaged! They have not responded to any of the 6 emails I have sent so now have the hassle of trying to get a refund from my credit card company! Avoid like the plague unless you like throwing money away and extensive delays in receiving the product.

I ordered two clothes rails and immediately the order went to 5 ..I couldn't cancel as they don't return your emails.
Then I checked a previous email when I ordered a mold spray that sent 3 and doubled my order without my consent.. They won't take the product back and won't refund my card ..DO NOT ORDER FROM. THIS COMPANY

Absolutely horrendous card arrived damaged and no response to my complaint, will never use again, wish I'd looked at the reviews before my purchase
