Never received still waiting on item or refund. Customer service slow and unhelpful

Delivery: No communication over delivery deadline and no parcel(package) follow-up Packaging: Very well protected Material(Equipment) and anything is not lacking.
Unpacking(Outpouring): No paper note it's a pity – shell does not correspond to that seen in the presentation(display) videos.
Installation: the assembly of shell is not easy, especially at the level of dubbing in the central bow(arc) because the plastic muffs(wings) take a lot of space. These muffs(wings) find themselves in the central spaces who(which) bothers(disturbs) all the more the installation of the reinforcement in 90°et both pop videos jump in every opening passage or closure(lock).
Quality: the material(equipment) stays good quality rest to be seen in time.

Emballage : Matériel très bien protégé et rien ne manque.
Déballage : Pas de notice papier c’est dommage – l’armature ne correspond pas à celle vue dans les vidéos de présentation.
Installation : l’assemblage de l’armature n’est pas facile, surtout au niveau du doublage dans l’arc central car les manchons en plastique prennent beaucoup de place. Ces manchons se retrouvent dans les espaces centraux qui gêne d’autant plus l’installation du renfort à 90°et les deux clips sautent à chaque passage d’ouverture ou fermeture.
Qualité : le matériel reste de bonne qualité reste à voir dans le temps.

We love our sunny tent. Bought it in 2020 and are in our second year of use now. A friend bought one this year but it took ages for his to arrive due to brexit and customs. Pool temp was 33 degrees C today. Keeps the debris and bugs out. Only problem is that flies gather at the top of the dome and eventually drop into the pool but overall the sunny tent is awesome definitely recommend buying one

One article of my order offered at the webpage didn't exist anymore which lead to quite some email discussions and finally I had to reorder all again. I expect that first of all everything offered is also available and if this is not the case I get a simple replacement by another article (which finally was possible) in an unburocrativ way - quite some potential for improvement.

Had a little problem at first but got it sorted with some excellent after sales advice.
Sunnytent is fantastic and keeps my pool clean and warm.

No notice no practise.

I was really confident on ordering a sunnytent, fantastic reviews and pre purchase email questions were answered quickly and efficiently, very helpful. Delivery to the UK was exceptionally fast, no sooner had I ordered, update showed, in transit. Easy to erect, with 3 of us, took less than an hour. Grandsons can't wait for warm water after many teeth chattering, blue lipped years.

The twisted pegs fixing very weakly to the ground. Once a wind moved out the bottom pole from the peg fixing, and opened the tent. Luckily, it did not tear it. So now, I have to purchase much stronger tent fixing rods, punch them into the ground, and fix the sunnytent bottom pole by strong cords. My other remarks is, that the installation video, which is linked on your website is showing totally different pole set, comparing what you sent. Your package did not contain any hard copy installation manual, so it was really hard to find out the installation.
Update: on 26th-July-2021 Sunnytent sent me 6pcs longer twisted pegs to fix the tent stronger. My appreciation to Sunnytent, this is a grrat customer service.

Couldn’t ask for anymore from them, the tent is amazing and after it was delivered I received a invoice from the carrier for custom fees. I emailed Sunnytent and they sorted it all out and the invoice was cancelled my end. Amazing customer service and product. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you Sunnytent 😊

The description on the website was not 100% clear what to expect. We had an old type of sunny tent and needed to order one new set of poles. We expected to receive a similar pole set but it was completely different according to the new standard.
The shipment and delivery went very smooth and fast.

The delivery was on time, the product is brilliant.

The Sevice was well, and the delivery was fast.

My Sunnytent didn’t fit my yard but their contact helped me quickly to go through the steps of the shipment back and I got refunded quickly as well.

Good product and slightly easier to mount as I thought. Very good support on questions by phone. „Only“ four stars as it is not perfect to protect the opened sunny tent from direct sun the whole first year as recommended
