Clearly a Chinese company fronting as a UK business. Goods are being shipped in from China on ordering which takes excessive amounts of time. Goods not received and no response to emails or communication. Avoid at all costs. Absolute frauds.

Please do not order from this website. We ordered this shed on the 20th April with the delivery lead time of “3-5 business days”. Haven’t we not contacted requesting for a couple days later we wouldn’t have known that the shed “wasn’t in stock” in the first place and would be receiving the shed mid- May instead. However this lead time wasn’t met either and we haven’t received any update other then a link to the delivery courier’s tracker webpage with no consignment number to even track the order.

As compensation £40 wasn’t fully given back to me as this is still pending in my bank so I’m assuming the funds haven’t been fully released in order for me to receive my money back.

I’m beyond angry and upset by this… we saved up for quite a few months in order to get our shed in time for summer but instead we got screwed over.

Bought shed 29th March, arrived 4th April. On opening the metal was bent and the product unusable. Contacted them to ask them to arrange collection. My emails were ignored to begin with and then I was offered an exchange, I explained I didn’t want an exchange and I wanted a refund, I was then offered another exchange. I then threatened to report to my bank and I was then offered for them to arrange a collection. They collected on 22nd April and said they would refund within 5-7 days. It is now 10 days later and no sign of the money. I emailed them on 29th April asking where my money is and they responded thanking me for my patience and understanding. They do not have my patience or understanding. There is no telephone number to phone them on. I am beyond angry. I will be contacting my bank today to ask them to review it.
