Really bad at replying to my order update. I've messaged 5 times either by email or their online query form and not had any response from them as to where my order is dated 8th april!
I bought and paid for two duvet sets from this company, and they only sent one and took money for both, sent the company emails and no response very unprofessional they DONT have a contact number for customers to contact them BEWARE they are thieves do not buy from this company
I purchased 8 feather pillows. I opened only 4. 1 was badly marked, however that was only a minor issue.Each pillow had a pungent smell such as ammonia, so strong that not only did I have to open windows it made me and my wife feel quite sick
We quickly repackaged the items and it took some hours for the smell to go. I have sent 2 e mails requesting someone speak to me personally in order to discuss this. Im nearly 70 and we have in all our many years together never experienced anything like this. As expected and having read the reviews it doesnt surprise me. To anyone reading these reviews do not purchase anything from this company. Not only are the items of 'shocking' quality the customer service is simply non existant. In the event of not receiving a full refund I will task my bank accordingly. Avoid them. Hopeless.

Left this review longer than I maybe should have. I ordered £40 worth of bedding on the 6th June 2025 it is now 18th July 2025. After many emails and online chat tries with no response iv had to leave a bad review. Not one single email responded to over the weeks and still no delivery. I'd recommend not even looking at this website im 40 pound out of pocket and not a single response
I placed an order with Sunshine Comforts on the 23rd April 2025. It says on the website all orders are dispatched in 1-2 business days. Today is the 29th April and my order has still not been dispatched yet. I have sent the company 2 emails but they do not reply. Terrible service and I will never use this company again.
