**WARNING SCAM

**WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!** I bought a total of seven bangles (3 for myself and 4 for my daughter) May 2025 and have only worn them on three occasions. The company guarantees that their products will not tarnish for 365 days; if they do, they will replace them. However, we've had the bangles for less than six months, and all seven of the bangles tarnished. I contacted the company, and they advised me to send the bangles back. I provided photos before returning them, and they still encouraged me to proceed with the return as if they would replace them. After paying to return the items, I received an email stating that the bangles did not tarnish. The company accused me of cleaning all seven bangles with baking soda, which I have never did. Then proceeded to send me an invoice to pay to have the tarnished bangles returned to me. (If I clean one bangle and it tarnished and turned silver why would I proceed to clean the others? My daughter and I live in different countries, and her bangles tarnished as well. Did I fly to Paris and clean hers with baking soda also?) Do not waste your money on this fraudulent company! They do not honor their warranty, and their products are subpar. Save yourself the trouble; don’t be misled by their seemingly low prices. The sale prices have remained the same for years, so you are not getting a deal. These items are not worth either the regular price or the sale price. Furthermore, you should never trust a company that refuses to communicate with its customers over the phone. They list a phone number but have a very rude message instructing you to send an email instead. If you've also been scammed by this company, please file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). They need to be stopped. In addition I checked for reviews after encountering this issue and a found a review from three years ago where the person had the same experience I had with this company. They have been scamming customers for years. Their jewelry tarnishes instantly upon wearing it and they do not honor the false warranty they advertise. Save your money and avoid the headache of having to communicate with the RUDE owner. In addition do not mail the jewelry back to them. They will not replace it and they will charge you to have it sent back to you. Sunshine Jewelry PO Box 290115 Davie, FL 33329 is a SCAM!!!
