No show despite already charging me the money

It is a really bad company and NEVER EVER take it. I ordered a taxi from Ede to Schipol a few days before my international flight from Schipol for 12:00 pm. Did not show up, felt it was a bit late after 10 min. Called them just to have them say that my booking was not registered in the system after a whole 9 minutes. Requested a refund on the day itself and they still haven't provided any refund at all after a month. Avoid this company at all costs.
