The Klein curazao and the skirt in brown arrived fast. Cuba Fluor was in a different package and arrived 2 days after.

Delivery is a struggle, I bought 3 bikinis on 11/06/25 and the order came separately with (3 tracking numbers )
2 of my orders only arrived after my holidays one month and half later and the other bikini hasn’t arrived yet today’s date is 11/8/25. I noticed that the package doesn’t come from EU it’s from somewhere in China.
The two peaces that I bought and arrived looks ok and good quality.

We have checked and what happened is that no one was at the delivery address to receive it.
On the second delivery attempt, we notified you that you could pick it up yourself at the nearest post office (we informed you by email).
If you do not collect your order within 15 days, it will be returned to our office. Therefore, after notifying you by email, we sent it again.
We are very sorry that we were unable to contact you during the delivery process and that, as a result, it took a month to arrive after two attempts.

I ordered 3 bikinis to this shop and none of them was as per the picture. Even though I received one that was totally another model. Also it took ages to them to arrive and each of them arrive in a different day.. it was the same order!
I contacted them several times to email and through their website and nothing.. so when I started writing reviews in their social media pages he contacted me back asking about my issue. I saw them the pictures and the problem and after to many days pushing them they finally told me that the will refund my money back but…. SPOILER ALERT: it never happened!!! And all of the sudden, they goshing me..
I have proof of everything and I won’t stop until they refund me every euro!

Horrible. They claim to be “slow fashion”—a LIE.
I ordered one of their bikinis, and I received a cheaply made bikini that smelled like plastic and had NOTHING to do with the videos and images. The bikini was only inside a plastic bag, with no tags or anything. Of course, I filed a complaint via mail and never got a response. I wish I could post the photos.

I read that many people complain that the things they buy don't arrive, but they do arrive. It takes longer than usual but if you have some patience, your purchase arrives. What happens is that we are used to Amazon, which delivers it in 1 minute to your house.

I would put no star at all. They are SCAMMERS! be careful!! they reply to you in the beginning, before placing the order and shortly after. and then, they never send the order, and they stop replying to the messages. I have tried via email, website chat, instagram. They just ignore you because they know they will never going to send it. If you try using a different email from the one you ordered they reply. and then you give the order number and they stop replying again. DO NOT ORDER
