I needed a specific dose of the Vitamin D which was not easily available in the shops.

Jane I would like to state that your order was dispatched on the 14-12-22 with tracking number AG950694211GB supplied to you through Royal Mail, I would also like to state that you have left us a 1* feedback review before contacting us directly asking as to the whereabouts of your order this means we have no options to investigate this matter for yourself. We would also like to mention that the whole of the UK have seen untold strikes by Royal Mail and yet we still have done everything in our power to enable us to pick, pack and supply your order but we are given a 1* review.
I hope we can resolve this issue.

Don’t pay for the premium delivery service it’s not worth it I ordered on Wednesday product arrived Saturday otherwise it does exactly what it says on the tin
Can I add that it was the time taken to process my order by the company and not Royal Mail that caused the delay I had to send an email on Friday chasing dispatch confirmation it was only after that email was sent that I received confirmation that my parcel had been dispatched then it arrived within 24 hours we’ll done Royal Mail

Philip we are sorry to hear that your delivery via Royal Mail has not been to your satisfactory requirements.
We can confirm that as you paid the dearer amount, we sent your order out recorded 1st class via Royal Mail. As your order was placed on the 26th of October at 17:12pm all orders would not have left our independent warehouse until the following morning the 27th due to both our offices and warehouse being closed at 5pm. Our Warehouse can confirm this if need be.
I am afraid that we have no way of controlling how quick the order arrives especially when Royal Mail have been having so many strikes. Therefore, I feel that your issues should be addressed with Royal Mail and not our company.
