You double booked my accommodation
You double booked my accommodation, offered me an alternative, then told me that was also full. All within 3 weeks of departure.
Customer services very hard to get hold of. Email responses were delayed. I would not recommend sunweb

Italian Dolomites Ski Holiday booking

OK but not good enough for the price.
We stayed at Les Arc 1950 (Presidence P&V Premium), this met most of our expectations, Some parts of the accomodation needed maintenance or repair.
We were disappointed that the balcony windows were locked (this seems to be a policy) and could only be opened a few centimetres.
We were disappointed that the ski and boot room was entirely too small for the number of residents and was not kept clean nor dry.
I was particulary disappointed that the fitness and spa facilities were too small for the number of residents, were not maintained not managed well enough (for example people entering the area in outdoor shoes, allowing smaller children to use the jacuzzi etc. floods of water on the floor, area not kept clean or safe).
Staff seemed generally helpful

All in all I was very disappointed with…
All in all I was very disappointed with Sunweb. We booked La plagne France, when I booked the accommodation I was 100 percent sure I had booked a double room but when we arrived that wasn’t the case it was a studio apartment with 2 bunk beds which for couple is not ideal. This bunk beds would t even fit older children in let alone fully grown adults. We ended up pushing the sofa beds together which was very uncomfortable. Also the skii pass and skii lift pass information was so vague. We spent out first half of our first day trying to find where we collected this as a result of the information provided not being to standard. My advice would be if you go book Sunweb holidays make sure you triple check everything with the booking and when looking at accommodation don’t take the pictures of the rooms to be what they say make sure it says word for word.

Sometimes, bed types can vary :eg: double, single beds, sofa beds, bunk beds.
In your case, the bed types for the studio were mentioned on the website under the room type.
Furthermore, you did not ask for a room preference ahead of the holiday :eg: double bed.
While we cannot guarantee preferences, if we send these to the accommodation, they will try to fulfil them, if possible.
The information for your lift pass collection and a list of ski hire shops you could choose from were noted in your travel documents (vouchers).
It is a shame to read that these vouchers were not clear for you.
We would have been happy to help before the holiday and our guide team could have helped during the holiday if you had questions about these.
The photos shown with the accommodations on our website serve only to give you an idea. As individual apartments or hotel rooms are not identical, it can occur that the accommodation provided on location differs from the photos on the website.

Terrible transfer service
Was taken to a bus stop, and minutes later called and told we had a 30 minute delay. A bus showed up 30 minutes later but told us it was not ours. We spent 3 hours at the airport talking to a very useless person on the phone.
Then eventually just got shoved on the next bus with everyone else.
The guide wasn’t apologetic at all considering we’ve been travelling all day and still have a 4 hour bus journey to do.
