No sympathy for an injury preventing…
No sympathy for an injury preventing the trip going ahead. Full deposit gone even though room and flight could easily have been resold. At 5 months notice. Even a credit note to postpone was not an option. Do better.

If you book own transport, it means you are responsable to arrange all transport to and from the accommodation yourself.

The value for money from Sunweb is amazing
The value for money from Sunweb is unbelievable, used them three times in the past for boys trips and what they offer for the money is fantastic.
What could make it better in my opinion in the places I have stayed, Sunweb can make lots more money for very little outlay is put up a load of TV's in the bar areas, playing Snowboard and skiing/sports videos all day, it's such a cheap way to keep people in bars, people want to stay there and hang out, seen it work in so many bars.

No confirmation of access to accommodation will…
I’m being told that accommodation will not be accessible after 8pm, Sunweb give a phone number that doesn’t work and they will not confirm that the accommodation will be accessible when I’m due to arrive between 11pm and midnight. I’ve called all their so called helplines only to be told to try again when I’m in resort!?! Very frustrating and a ridiculous situation that could be easily rectified if people could actually speak to people and work with each other. If I am unable to gain access tomorrow there will be issues.

We had a great time
We had a great time, Good hotel, dinner choices good and the staff were happy to give extra portions., Breakfast was not the greatest, various options but limited and after 815, very continental and sadly no sliced bread or toaster which is my only niggle.
Ski passes were at reception on arrival and ski/boot hire on site which made a huge difference.
Staff friendly, room very warm and spacious. 2 min walk to the slopes.

Fantastic accommodation but service from Sunweb has room for improvement
Room was great, it was clean and had modern facilities. The location was nice and quiet as it’s away from the main resort centre, yet only a 5min walk to the Hotel Alpina where we could leave our skis and boots. From there it’s just 2mins to the lift station.
Our main issue is with the 130 euro cleaning fee which was required on top of the cost of the holiday. This wasn’t made clear at the point of booking and in any case should just be factored in to the cost of the package holiday that we bought in to. It is also 30 euro higher than what the hotel charges if you book with them directly. Either way it seems an extortionate fee to clean what is essentially a double en-suite room with a small kitchenette in one corner.
When we landed in Innsbruck our name wasn’t on the list with the transfer company despite us booking this as part of the holiday - thankfully four seasons were able to take is though it did mean a tight squeeze in a vehicle for the 90min journey.
For the return transfer we were collected 35mins earlier than the scheduled time and then we were 2 of 8 people crammed in to a 9seater vehicle that had a very small luggage carrying capacity. 8 people + 8 suitcases + 5 ski bags was a tight squeeze with ski bags under seats limiting leg room and bags across laps in order for us all the fit in. This felt very unsafe and could have led to more serious injuries in the case of a road traffic accident. A bigger vehicle or fewer clients in one transfer is needed next time.

Any mandatory fees, which are set by the accommodation, are in the overview tab on each individual accommodation page. These are paid when you check in.
When an accommodation asks payment for this directly, the cost cannot be added to the Sunweb package price. It is a shame this was not clear for you ahead of the holiday.
