Dodgy. I ordered one swimsuit, after 7 days without any explanation they just send me back my money but instead of full a month 1 EUR was missing. Not that I want to brag about 1 EUR but it looks to me like they can do that with all refunds and keep 1 EUR from each order, because customers will not fight for such a small amount. If they do the same trick on 10,000 people that is pretty easy 10k to make from their side lol. Avoid at all cost!

Terrible company. Do not buy anything from them. It took them well over a month, after many emails, to finally refund my order AND I had to ship it back to them at my own cost. Their size charts are inaccurate and the quality of the garments are terrible. Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy from them!

SCAM! Abort!!!! I repeat, avoid this site!!!!I order 4 bikinis from Sunygal and it took a month to receive my package and only 3 bikinis arrived. I have tried contacting them through their email and have not received a response. There is no customer service phone number.. well no phone number available at all for this company. This place is a scam. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Whatever you do don’t get anything from Sunygal, it’s horrible. For months I’ve been trying to get back $500 that was stolen from my bank account /bank card. For some reason they charged me each month for my one order which was 150 dollars. I’m horrified & I don’t know how I’ll make it through this year now , thanks a lot.

Don’t even try buying something from Sunygal.
They’re a bunch of thief’s trying to get more money from you buy pretending the currency is in AUD until you’ve paid and check how much was withdrawn from your bank account, and realise it’s US dollars.
They have an exprès shopping fee available and after 3 weeks, I’m still waiting for my parcel.
Their only goal is for you to forget your order and get the money but never send it!!!!!
Somebody should sue them!!!!

I ordered a bathing suit 2 weeks ago from here and it still hasn’t even shipped. Do not order from this website!! I wish I could write a review about the actual bathing suit but it looks like I will never be getting it.

I ordered two items and only one arrived. They were purchased at the same time, with the same order number and tracking number.
I have contacted the company through several platforms and wrote a product review and have received no response.

Buyers Beware! I have had nothing but trouble dealing with Sunygal. An item was missing from the first order I made. I emailed the customer service about it, they asked a few questions about the missing item but then chose to ignore it. I ordered a second order (which I never should have done) since one of the swimsuits I ordered in my first order was too small. Their website says the orders ship within 9-14 days, I did not get my order til 20 days later and at that point I did not get it in time for my vacation. I have been trying to return the items that did not fit since October 23 and they continue to give me the run around about returning. They ask if I would like to exchange for a different size or style, I say no, they then tell me I need to refer to their return policy in order to make the return which is what I followed when I first tried to return the items. They have since stopped replying to my emails. I believe they are based out of China which is why they are so hesitant to return items. Guess I will just be out $70 dollars but wanted people to BEWARE!
