Returns are NOT easy as advertised
As they have no online shops, supacore advertise that you can return things that don’t fit very easily. However, it’s not as simple as you would think you have to put in a request to refund and then they write to you and try and argue with you about the refund and make you justify it.
That’s not an easy process. They sell products for people with disabilities. No one with a disability wants to have to do extra work. They want to be able to try stuff on and return it if it doesn’t work and get something else.
Product seemed good, especially if I could get something that fit well however I don’t think I’m going to buy something from them again after this experience in case it doesn’t fit.
