don't waste time or money on this company

wouldn't even give them half a star to be honest and i know they'll see this and give me abuse. i've finally had my suppascoot scooter returned after they denie any damage of their own!! even though it's in worst state now it's return than it was when we sent it back in first place! communication is appalling i had seek legal advice from solicitot which said not worth the hassle get it returned back don't use them again. we've got it now no communication just turned up! and they had the cheek to ask me change my review on here!! i don't think so
abs disgusting service and products don't advice using this company

This reply isn't abuse, it's fact.... you stated in your original request to return the scooter; and we quote, "it's not charging now and we have no idea why. my son was going college and it stopped.", when in actual fact the scooter was charging perfectly.

When we received the scooter from you the scooter was in an appalling condition - we had to take pictures for evidence it was that bad, here's some notes from our engineer;
"Upon inspection of the issue relating to the scooter not charging we have tested this and have found it to charge correctly, we have attached photos showing the charge increasing from 2 bars to three and then to four (pics 12, 13 & 14), confirming there is no problem in regards to the issue you have notified us of.
Our engineers have found the scooter has extensive damage to the handle bar post, the LED display, the tightening screw, images 2 and three show extensive damage which has been caused to the wheel which has become misaligned caused by reckless use.",

all of which was advised to you, after which you claimed that "your son only told you of the charging issue", even though you acknowledged that you packaged the scooter to send it to us.

You state "....got it back and no communication just turned up!" - really? so the emails sent to you are not classed as communication???

Poor return management

I ordered an electric skateboard.
After reception on the 10th of may, I wrote an email to supascoot to be able tu return it on the 20th (in the correct delay for retractation).
On the 27th of may, I still don't have any return shipping label to be able to return the product (they mention that they shoul send it to me in their refund policy).
They answered to my email with a link to their refund policy, but that's all !

I would recommend not to buy on this website unless you are very very sure of your choice.

Madam, you need to check your emails, we're trying to organise a shipping label for you, however when we have tried to call the number on your order to discuss the return, the number seems to be out of order or not connecting, can you provide an alternative.

We're sorry that you find it necessary to express your complaint here in public, and would request that you give us at least a FEW minutes to reply to your emails before posting remarks here (your most recent email was replied to within 64 minutes) ...... our communications with you have been super efficient, each email you send has been responded to within MINUTES of receipt, as previously acknowledged you have received our response(s), we'd request that you send us your correct phone number so that we can resolve your query INSTANTLY!!

Edit 28.05.21 - Received your phone number last night at 21:46, It's a Bank Holiday weekend and our warehouse staff will reply to you when they return next week.
