I recently put a review for Sup expressing my disappointment at the service. I would now like to update that. Once Sup became aware of the issues with me receiving my product abroad, their customer service was excellent. Emails, direct messages, a refund and credit note and a replacement Sup. I’m super excited as I know how brilliant the product is. Thank you Sup team for sorting out the issues in the end

Really great wine bottle and keeps a whole bottle chilled all day. The only disappointment was when I stored champagne ( it does say you can) …. It leaked out despite a tight bottle lid. Other than that, superb.

Service, delivery and packaging very good, but the cups are not quite big enough for the 500 ml glass bottled ciders and beers we normally buy, which is a shame, but have decided to keep them anyway.

Brought as a present for sister in law and she loves it. Her garden is very long and in many layers so she fills it up and takes to top of garden so doesn’t need to keep coming down to house to refill glass. Also has taken it on beach picnics keeps wine beautifully cold. Thinking of getting one for myself!

These products come so well packaged. There is very little chance of them getting damaged in transit. The delivery time was quick and trouble-free.
