I have been sold a Super B Epsilon 90Ah which is too small for my RV by a French repair workshop. This ruined my holiday but I have since discovered it wasn’t new when sold but five years old. The rep for my area contacted me and eitg the Serial Number has confirmed it was built pre covid in 2019. I’m now in dispute with the company re the refund because SuperB have washed their hands totally if this situation. I’m disgusted as frankly some sort of product management and recall should have been done and they clearly don’t care judging by responses

Flawed product and no support.

I have a Super-B Epsilon battery, one of the most expensive batteries on the market.

During a firmware update, my phone got a phone call. That interrupted the update. Since then I have no Bluetooth access, and can't see how much charge is in the battery.
A well designed product shouldn't take 20 minutes to perform a firmware update, and brick itself if anything happens on the phone during the 20 minutes.

So I wrote to Suber-B on nov. 13th (14 days ago) to ask for guidance on how to regain access to my battery.
They just ignore me.

Can't recommend.
