A fabulous stockist of nearly all things related to scale modelling. I've ordered a few times and everything comes when expected, is packed well and doesn't cost an arm or a leg. I realised on one order that I had forgotten to add something but was unable to amend the order, no problem, I made a separate order and asked them to pack them both together. They credited the additional postage to my account. The only minor things that I would point out as areas for improvement are

1. with such a wide selection of goods in their inventory, it is sometimes hard to find what I'm looking for on the website and some of the item names are written in Polish, not Danish or English. This might be down to my lack of IT skills in setting the translation settings though.

2. Some of the items don't have clear descriptions and the photos aren't very hi-res. This means I have to do some extra research to be sure that I'm adding the right product to my checkout cart.

Overall, an excellent vendor and they will get a lot of repeat business from me.

I’ve ordered regularly from super-hobby for several years now. Their prices are very fair and they have a brilliant selection. The accumulating points system means i regularly get a pot of tamiya paint gratis. I can highly recommend.

websites translation makes you believe it is in your homecountry.....also welcome and all e/mails you receive from this company. my first 'test'order was 85 euros... my wish list was 1200 euro..... As i live in greece bank payment is not possible due to capital controls. Further for whatever reason I could not reopen my paypal account after years. So as offered I asked for cash on delivery (COD).
I received an e/mail from superhobby at 2300 o'clock at Saturday! The content was : change language we do not want to speak german! sorry the whole website was in german! after three awful unfriendly e/mails by superhobby, COD was denied. Why because of greece as delivery country? ..oh you can also send to germany , I have an adress there....NO! This option is cancelled in the website ! So why you advertise with COD?
So, if you do not want to gamble with your money , avoid this company! Whatever realworking company answers e/mails at saturday night? Carefull is this real or a rip off? Check out also google maps for the size of this company where is the warehouse? Do they have a warehouse? This company is not trustworth

Absolutely awful customer service and I urge you to avoid at any cost!

Their courier admitted to losing the parcel and 'super' Hobby has claimed it's not their problem and I should claim from courier.. expect that is impossible as I did not make the contract with the courier.

super-Hobby refuse to refund me and so I am having to open a PayPal dispute to try and get my money back.

What a horrible company to deal with!
