Biggest disgrace I've ever encountered.
I have a gambling addiction and I've been trying to close my account for two weeks. I have sent over 30 emails and spoken to live chat and been told every time that my request is being processed. I have provided all the required documentation to close my account and a week later, NOTHING has been done.
