I haven't received my order, and I'm concerned this might be a fraudulent website. I spent over £100 two weeks ago, but the items haven't even been shipped. They’re not responding to emails or answering phone calls. Proceed with caution!
Ordered a product on 13 December - was told that it was in stock for immediate delivery. Paid GBP20 for delivery. Did not hear anything further and received no dispatch email. Have followed up twice and received no response. I also needed the product by today (31 December) so have had to purchase a replacement from another vendor. I have lost GBP100 and want it back.
I suspect this to be a scam company as nothing arrived after 2 weeks and they don't answer their phones or reply to messages.
Ignore their update - emails are responded by a 'ticket no.' and they send lots of them, but rarely answer you.

Superbath is not UK based company. They ship all the bathroom stuffs from Germany and it took months to arrive. Superbath is a scamming company that sells toilet bowl that doesn't come with toilet cistern and toilet seats. They overcharged the customers. You can't return the order as the shipping to return the order would be more expensive than the product itself as it needs to ship back Germany. Please avoid this company while you can. The customer service team is cruel and doesn't care about customer. When customer is asking for help when the toilet cistern broken from delivery, they don't give alternative options but just ask you to purchase a new set again from them. I admit that I make a mistake not checking it properly upon receiving the items as it was sealed very tightly and it was heavy toilet white goods. By the time, contractor comes around and open up the packages. It was broken and it cannot be claimed anymore as you sign the delivery paper when you receive the product and also it gotta be within 14 days.
For 2 toilet bowls, I wanted since June to get it fixed. I only managed to get all the parts by end of September. Please buy something cheaper and more worthy from other website. Would recommened victoria plumbing or comparethebathroom.
Have very good experience with comparethebathroom. At least their toilet bowl sold together with cistern and toilet seats and not scamming money.
Superbath is a joke of an online store. Their customer service is non-existent — no one ever answers the phone! I left them a message once after my purchase wasn’t delivered, and they finally returned my call, but did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. The second time, I had to leave another message because my order was STILL not delivered, and surprise, no one has bothered to call me back.
On top of that, they use DSV, one of the worst delivery companies out there. DSV consistently misses their promised time slots and delivery dates, with no updates or communication. It’s been an endless loop of frustration and wasted time.
If you value your time and sanity, avoid Superbath at all costs. Completely unreliable and unresponsive!

I work for a kitchen retailer and needed to order a specific sink for a customer. This was order over 3 weeks ago and i have just chased the sink delivery only to find that the sink i ordered is not available and the agent on the phone indicated it may have been given to another order !!! No email communication, no calls to tell me about the lack of stock. I now have a kitchen customer without a sink during their installation! NIGHTMARE!

Really terrible experience overall. A delivery charge of £20 which is already high. Parcel force failed to leave a delivery card and item has been returned to depot. No resolve in sight.
We first became aware of Superbath due to its prices being so competitive. There was some scepticism due to:-
· the suspiciously low prices
· the unusual timing of a Winter Sale in August included on their website banner.
· their location in Germany made us concerned about the delivery times and support implications.
However, the positive reviews provided the necessary reassurance, though it still felt a little adventurous submitting a large order.
In the event there was prompt and helpful pre-sales support which also brought about financial savings..
Post-sales, Shipping did take longer than expected, but we had ordered in plenty of time. We did have a problem, there was a manufacturing defect in the V&B toilet. Responsive and efficient handling of the warranty claim by Superbath's support team resulted in a replacement toilet being shipped to us (at considerable cost to V&B or Superbath).
Really, you learn far more about a company when something goes wrong than when everything runs smoothly.

A flush plate I bought from this site broke within the first year.
I contacted them as it was under warranty. They spent over a month "contacting the manufacturer" - all the while my toilet wouldn't flush properly - before telling me that the item was not covered under warranty.
The reason given - "it may be due to improper handling" or "it may be due to the cistern" - absolute nonsense.
Update: I reached out to the manufacturer and they have dispatched a replacement within 4 working days.
Order was competitively priced, delivered when promised, and with good comms throughout. Will continue to source plumbing fixtures from Superbath.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! Even though they have a .co.uk address they are based in Germany, so if you are a business and VAT registered in UK you cannot reclaim VAT. I purchased 14 taps that for a client and they arrived in good time. The Delabie taps were PIR operated with electrical plugs but the plugs fitted were European which was the first alarm bell moment ? We then fitted the taps and within 2 months the taps started failing, basically the PIRs were not working. Superbath customer service did send out two replacement PIRs after a month of emails but by that time another 6 taps had failed. They then asked for videos of each tap not working, then they refused to replace any more PIRs saying the supplier no longer wanted to support our contract as we were in the UK and the taps were not meant for the UK market due to differing voltage. Well excuse me !!!! If you are a .co.uk based company selling and delivering to UK addresses surely you shouldn't be selling goods that are not fit for the UK market ? I spoke to Delabie UK as it was their tap we had specified and they advised that Superbath.co.uk were not a recognised UK supplier and as such would not recommend using them. I demanded a full refund at this point £3500+vat and to date they will no longer reply to my emails !!! This company is a CON MERCHANT of the highest order. I am currently looking at EU legal options to take them to court for supplying goods in the UK that they themselves admit they should not be supplying. Its cost me £4000 to replace these taps myself and a further £400 in plumber costs to swap them over. Stay well away from this company
