delivered to the wrong address and they stopped communicating after awhile. Poor customer service and I can’t comment on the product as i never received it.
box should be properly wrapped but overall not bad products. full size Medik8 products
Loved the first box and ordered them for our annual tea party celebration. Went down a treat, jelly masks by the brand has a nice smell. would recommend.
like the mixture of products of the super botanicals vegan brush and shimmer oils and other brands, would purchase again
nice treat for myself, good bundle of goods inside
Introduced to new brands I had not heard of but loved the Dr Sams Flawless revival mask and the vegan brush set
Terrible service.
Order never arrived, told well the order has similar coordinates so bye. The signature said ‘covid 19’ yet they told me that was my signature: I was in my building in meetings all day with proof I didn’t not receive this but they didn’t care. I even suggested I sent my passport/ licence with my actual signature which again ignored.
They said to contact Royal Mail which in fact is not my job, it’s theirs i told them this and they ignored it. If they don’t even know how their delivery service works how in the world can they know anything else?
Most unhelpful customer service I’ve ever witnessed essentially stolen £50+ pound from me and refuse to do anything about it. Rude people who told me all I’ve done is lie, why would i lie? repeated emails even one from my solicitor ignored. Just spent money on what I thought was an independent business to be treated like I don’t matter at all.
Will be seeking more legal advice and going further with this. Clearly not the only one this has happened to. I work in management for a customer service department myself I deal with these issues daily so it’s even more infuriating when I know the laws surrounding this and know it’s absolutely unacceptable to treat someone this way.
AVOID like the plague
Reply was redundant I’ve already contacted them

Do not trust this company! I purchased a box in good faith. It took ages to ‘arrive’. I say arrive in that way as it says delivered, but the boys I had through the door told me that my box had been left outside in a busy street. Despite providing evidence and the signature saying it was not signed ‘CV19’ and I can prove I was at work all day (teacher), they asked me to contact Royal Mail. Royal Mail asked them to fill the form in, as it’s their account. I then get a threatening email saying that Royal Mail work with the police to investigate, so I called the police to see if they can help; they do not. In fact, the office believed it’s an attempt to put me off from getting a refund. I will be contacting trading standards and citizens advice in order to get a county court judgement submitted if no refund is received within the next week. Do not fall for it. There’s something not right here. Many people posted that the offer was scam, but one person said it was real and sent me photos. They’re taking us for fools! You cannot leave a review on facebook- it’s suspicious! Something tells me they dropped free boxes to friends/family or influences, to get the two reviews on their website. Many are saying it’s not worth it, I just believed the girls who left the photos. I misjudged their character.
I am not one to forge the truth: I am a 1st class degree holder, a 40 year old professional, who is not afraid of you. If no refund is received by Friday, then I will be sending the county court claim to your London address. I have all the emails and evidence. Others are saying don’t trust them on their various Facebook adverts. Do not trust them. Why trust a ‘business’ that turns their reviews off on their page?!
**update- They say they emailed me- they didn’t. County court forms on their way. They never replied. They’re terrible. DO NOT TRUST! The reviews abs photos in their page abs here are probably our friends, only a couple, reviews now turned off, think before purchasing!**
