I absolutely love these guys. Really amazing baking kits, super easy to use and really delicious. I've tried the two chocolate protein cookies so far and they are delicious. Great for cookies that you don't feel are crazy unhealthy but also for quickly making a batch when you have friends coming over.
I love these mixes. They are so easy to make and always seem to work really well (unlike many of my past failed baking attempts!!). Most of the mixes generally only call for a couple of extra ingredients to be added - and these are things I pretty much always have in the house (vegan spread/banana/dairy-free milk). I love that you can add in other ingredients and play around with how you present them. Recently I made the Chocolate Cake mix into mini cupcakes and I always add protein powder to the pancakes for a post-workout breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This was the first time I'd used one of the mixes and I must say I was impressed. Really easy to make and I like the fact you suggest alternative ingredients for example banana instead of the egg. Baking time was quick and they came out really well. The buckwheat gives a nice nutty taste which is quite different and there is, in my opinion, the perfect amount of cacao and coconut. They kept really well too. Thanks, SB-will look to try more products soon.
