I gave this company a 5 star review back in November 2018, and once more they've hit the ball out of the park. If they ran the Health Service we would all be immortal. Lacking a code for my Sat box, TM-5402 M4. I posted in my remote, they had a code in their programming software within days and I now have my remote back.
I got their universal remote called Freedom 4in1 in a local store for the equivalent of 12 Euro.
I installed the PC software, connected the remote and realized that they don't have support for my TV and my Edifier speakers. I reached out to support and they replied within 24 hours letting me know that the codes have been added and that I can update the software to get them.
Amazing experience so far and I can only recommend this company going forward.
I bought a remote control for a TV set and the model wasn't listed. I informed the company and in 24 hours they updated the list so that my TV model was there and everything worked fantastically!!! Great Support Service!!!
