Not as good as previous orders
Not as good as previous orders, one of the 10 litre tubs was bitty and lumpy so had to strain it to get the crap out before it could be used. Did notify superior decorating but had no response or feedback which was disappointing

Very nice company who go the extra mile
Very nice company. Very good communication. Great customer service. They were really helpful in making sure our delivery got to us even though our road had a closure in place at the time. Would definitely recommend.

Best price, quick delivery.
I, have tried, many paints and brands over the years. And, for me best brand is, Johnstones. Yes, their paints are more costly, but they, are better. I’m very happy with the Johnstones acrylic durable Matt paint. It’s thick and creamy and spreads well. Got, for a fantastic price. Highly, recommend and will definitely be purchasing more. Took 14 days for paint to arrive
Website stated paint would be despatched in 1-3 days but I still hadn't received it after 12 days. I also had no contact from the company so thought it might be a bogus website and raised a case with PayPal. Only then did I receive the paint, 14 days after I placed my order. Having read other reviews, I see this delay is common. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this was a disappointing experience unfortunately.
