Put down a $600 order and still haven't…

Put down a $600 order and still haven't received it after years, even though its marked as delivered to an address in USA (I live in Denmark).

I'm very sorry that the item hasn't made it to you, but it's not for lack of care or trying. We delivered most of the product a couple of years ago. This last item has proven to be a challenge to ship, for reasons that are unclear. We have tried shipping it twice and it was returned both times. We have offered a refund on the value of this item.
