Bad instruction

Bad instruction and when you call to complain, their call center is in BF Egypt and the person on the phone with you cannot understand your complaint. The only thing the officials from Superior offered was an additional course. You had to threaten them to go to other instructors. The only thing the instructor did was read slides. I did the zoom class, and I should have done the self-pace class because essentially that is what I paid for. I feel Superior failed me and all they want is the money for the course.
