Machine service
I took my machine in to be serviced. I informed Paul that there was an issue with foit peddle, he identified the problem immediatley. I knew I would have to wait a few weeks, which was not a problem. I was notified when the machine was ready. Collecting the machine was a great excuse to add more of the fabulous fabrics on offer to my stash.
Service second to none
I ordered a sewing machine from Superior Sewing on Friday mid afternoon. The person I spoke to (Paul) was extremely helpful and said that if I placed an order before 4 pm, they would dispatch it that day and it would be delivered the following Monday. It actually arrived a day earlier on the Sunday. The whole transaction was easy, quick and efficient - and the machine was £20 cheaper than anyone else. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Thank you guys.
