So I had ordered a boho bracelet was very excited to be getting it..
So.. a couple of days went by and no email confirmation... So I emailed the customer service and the would give me a bullshit run around about how my order was on back order... I asked why didn't I get a text or email that it was on back order.. The bot that I was exchanging message with said that it would be shipped out sept 9, 2025. And we are in January.. So I sent another email saying I just wanted my money back or the item that I ordered.. It plainly told me that all they could do was give me store credit.. I was like cool but wait... I went to use the store credit and it would say wrong could.. So back to customer service.. That bot told me that, that code had expired and gave me another.. but wait I go to use it and bam code dont exist.. And back to emailing customer service.. And the bot on the other end sure didn't have could customer service skills, if you dont like working with the public, why are you working in this field 🤔.. but let me stop with that tangent. So what im getting at is this store is a fraud, should be shut down, and whoever own this company or the web page should be made an example of.. You are offering this items and not delivering... you should be ashamed of what your doing, but you're probably not... They say all thing come to an end... karam always wins..... disappointed and this is nothing but a scam...

They asked if the items were returned. They were never sent. I replied they were never sent and still have not heard back from them. THIS WAS A LEGITIMATE ORDER. I AM VISHAL TRIVEDI. These crooks think I randomly guessed the correct order number and made a fake review. Really Super Jeweler - do the right thing and refund the rest of my money. I am still owed $41.10. I don't want a coupon to buy other junk from you I want my money! Not trying to hurt your ratings. I want to inform the public of your shady business practices and TO NOT BUY from you. If you were just honest in the first place none of this would have happened. Return my money.

Ordered end of July. They keep pushing back the shipping date. End of December pushed to 2026. I was refunded $45.50. They stole from me. The correct refund amount is $86.60. Awful customer service. Deceptive marketing and ordering practices. DO NOT BUY from Super Jewelers. They LIE & they CHEAT. I emailed "Andrew Fox" President on 12/30/2025 and still no response. These were Birthdy gifts for my Wife. Super Jeweler lied and cheated. They failed, so I failed. I trusted them and have paid a price for my trust of this lying, thieving company Super Jewelers. Horrible customer service & Incompetence
Horrible customer service and total incompetence. Spoke to multiple customer service reps who informed me they would overnight an item I ordered due to production delays. When it finally shipped, of course it wasn’t overnighted. Jason Shallenberger, the customer service manager, did nothing to fix the issue and instead chose to play games with me via email. Completely unacceptable.
