Food is unsafe to eat, all undercooked and owner and staff were very rude

Second time today to visit. First time food was very bad quality for supermacs good name. Because my visit was 3pm ish. I gave them the benefits of end of day food prices were high quality very low. Today I revisited supermacs and spent 24 e at midday expected fresh food quality really disappointed again. Drumsticks burnt and totally unbeatable.

Can someone please wash the brown and blue aprons in Merlin branch as they are Filthy and the old broken down Van outside looks poor, standards are not great here

The food was disgusting nothing was good the chips were dark brown covered in grease the lettuce on the chicken burger looked like was a few days old and my hamburger came whit half a tone of onion and nothing else just perfect when u get home and open the bag up never step foot in this place didn’t eat a thing 🤮

I asked a girl if I can use the toilet because there was a pin for it and she looked at me and ignored me after asking twice, I will not come here again

I have visited athenry and galway shopping centre supermacs and the food I received was Luke warm to touch, it has happened twice, the lady I asked on the 9th of January 2024 to replace my burger, replaced it with a burger the a different type of burger with an atttatude and it was still not warm.
I decided not to eat it as it was cold again, as for the chips burnt, my wife's chicken tender meal not warm, pat mc Donagh your opening all these fast foods but for 23 euros your serving slop.
Never to eat at this place again, get your finger out and check your fast food places as they are disgusting the food we are served.

Bad service an order got to height of abuse on the phone because they got my order wrong Philip was on the phone and to his mother work in Main street ballinasloe

1. Awful costumer service.
2. Very rude,no manners when on the phone.
3. Hung up when I asked a question about their menu.
Absolutely outrageous and disrespectful service

I go to Supermac’s at least twice a week and order a lunch box every time
I travel all around Ireland so I’ve tried every one of them. Just got one in Tipperary and the chicken was sour or gone off and I’m not one to complain but I had to say something. The manager came out with a new drum stick of chicken and said there’s nothing wrong with it but I could smell it. He was very ignorant and I just left.
This is my first review ever and won’t be going back to Tipperary ever again

Recently I posted a review of an order I made from Supermacs 9/12/23 The Reeks Killarney “
I ordered food to the value of €30 and when I went to collect it the outlet was closed!! I tried ringing the outlet several times and got no answer!! I sent my sisters over today to see what they could do for me on meeting a manager!! I was pleasantly surprised by the compensation I got .Not only did they return my money but gave me an extra €10 and a tin of biscuits to the value of €10.
I was delighted with the result and will continue to shop there again.
The staff were apologetic and couldn’t have been more pleasant in dealing with the problem.
I now can see how popular the Supermacs outlets are!!

Food constantly left short at Portlaoise Plaza drive thru. Food prices very expensive and then left short is simply not good for business

Checken Breasts used to be the same as what served in there Chicken burgers now these have gone the KFC route cheap disgusting dried Garbage. Malihide Supermacs 👎👎👎👎👎 As well have they not got a Person from our country who can actually understand us? The Cheapskates have people who can't understand us at Drive thru complete Joke. Looking elsewhere for better Takeaway As this has gone down hill bigtime. Go elsewhere for Decent food as this is Brutal. 🤮🤢🤢

Just stopped in charleville supermacs what a disaster order all wrong then on to charge us extra to fix order he mucked up then had to wait for correct order

The tables were dirty and the floor was littered. If we hadn't already paid for our food. I would have walked out. The music was so loud we couldn't hear each other. I like SuperMac's food and have visited outlets all over the country. I have worked in fast food outlets when I was younger and wouldn't have let the place get so dirty. Just purchased 2 snack box meals in ballinasloe. Chicken was disgusting, all dried out. Asked for milk shakes with no cream, first ones made were with cream. Replacement ones were only two thirds full.

We ordered Tipperary Town Supermacs tonight and we're very dissapointed. One burger was plane after we asked everything on it and their chiken wraps wouldn't fill a 1 year old, one strip of lettuse, one chiken goujon and barely any sauce. For money payed it was dissapointing. Also they take ages to answer their phone or we just give up and order online for another 50c.

My teenage daughter and her friends go into Supermacs in Kilkenny on a regular basis. Always spending €60 or more in their group. They went in on Friday the 20th of October and got the group a table. Before they could go to order, a cleaner came over to their table and asked them to leave.
Not a good way to run your store if you want to keep customers. As a local in Kilkenny I have been going there since it first opened. But won't be inclined to go here again.

Staff are the saddest people I’ve ever met horrible attitude in the Kilkenny location at least big black woman wouldn’t give the code to my friends to come upstairs when me and my other friends were up there along with their bags this same woman gave me a horrible attitude at the till and while u was waiting for her to get ready to take my order all she was doing was tutting at her screen some guy then wouldn’t let me back upstairs because he cut me off YES he wouldn’t even let me speak I couldn’t Finish my sentence saying my friends were up there horrible staff food is mid

I ordered a regular burger meal, burger with no onion. I said this about no onion about 5 times cos I knew he wasn't listening Padraig in Merlin park galway
Sure enough when the rude driver who wouldn't come to the gate to meet me and made me go out on the street in thr rain, delivered a burger with onion. And the chips were cold. Not impressed.

I got taco fries delivered and they were coldish and swimming in sauce, not the same as previous times.
