He picked me and my dog Dennis up in Paris after a long international flight and drove us safely to the UK. Mo even helped us sort out Dennis’s EU pet passport along the way — something I couldn’t have done without his help. He treated Dennis with such care and kept me calm during a stressful journey. Highly recommend Mo if you need reliable, knowledgeable pet transport. He really goes above and beyond!

Mohammed was a star. He picked my wife and adopted rescue puppy from Paris and brought them over to the UK, where I met them in Folkestone. I was naturally nervous because getting the correct paperwork in Mexico was impossible, so we were faced with the prospect of being stuck in Calais. Mohammed assured me it would be ok, and he was right. It all went very smoothly.

Mo and Tariq were simply the best during our trip through the Eurotunnel. They offer a great service at a reasonable price, they even managed to accommodate some last minute changes. This company is the real deal if you're traveling with pets. Highly recommended!

We've booked Mo twice now to drive us to France to bring our pets from Calais to Folkestone. The first time (Dec 24) we were so nervous because we'd never traveled with pets before but Mo put us at ease. He was confident with our rescue pets (cats) and even operated the microchip reader at UK customs for us. He was very understanding of our situation. We booked him again to bring our other cat back in Feb 25 and were so much more relaxed because we knew Mo had everything driving/transport related in hand.

Would strongly recommend - Mo has lots of experience and made a really stressful process a lot less stressful!

I travelled from Portsmouth to Skegness with my two cats. Excellent service, smooth ride and the cats were very comfy. Really recommend.

Booked Super Pet Travel for our transport from Gatwick to Newport with our dog. Communication with Mo was great, he was able to pick us up just in time for our dog's release from the Animal Reception. Our car was also spacious and clean. Overall, great experience, will definitely book again once we needed transport for our dog 💯

Mo and his team are nothing short of excellent. From the very first communication (where we were in eastern Germany) to the very last minute of dropping our cat off in Canterbury, Mo kept us informed of every step, with live updates and locations, constant communication; I could go on and on.

During a very chaotic travel day for us, every time we had contact with Mo, it was always pleasant and professional.

We thought we would arrive first since we were flying, but Mo patiently awaited our arrival at our house, still smiling, 5 minute handoff and all was well....

Our experience with Super Pet Travel was incredible from start to finish. We had to book very last minute due to a breakdown in France and Super Pet Travel were so accommodating and made what was an incredibly stressful situation much much easier! We were super unlucky and had a second disaster with a hire but our amazing driver went above and beyond to make sure we could still get home! We could not recommend Super Pet Travel enough!!! Things involving our beloved pets are always very difficult and anxiety inducing so to have a company like SuperPetsTravel and someone like Mo there to make the entire process stress free is absolutely invaluable. We had to transport our pets from Thailand to the UK via Paris and we hired SuperPetsTravel to pick us up from Paris and drive us through to Bristol via the Euro Tunnel (LeShuttle). Mo was so helpful end to end in the process from enquiry all the way through to dropping us off at our final destination. He was very polite and friendly and had a deep knowledge of all the processes involved in what we were doing as he is also very very experienced. He gave us live tracking on his car when he was on his way to us and was always available on the run up to the day for enquiries or amendments. Mo is polite, friendly, interesting and thoughtful and provided an array of snacks and drinks for us for our long journey. He was helpful at the boarders and reassuring all the way through. He knew exactly what to do at every step and took control over all the processes when crossing boarders etc so it really made the entire experience absolutely stress free for us. After a long flight already and a lot of preparation, having this professional and friendly service really made our day. We got to where we needed to be quickly and safely and actually ended up really enjoying the experience even though we had been dreading it for months thinking it would be a nightmare, but it wasn’t at all and that’s all thanks to Mo!
