This website should be avoided. It is totally unfair, you have to pay a full lesson fee to find a tutor/coach, and then if they accept you get charged immediately even if the location / or something doesn't suit you with the lesson. They then use this to start a subscription and charge you monthly! I hadn't realised I was being charged and I have wasted £215 on a subscription I haven't been using and no lessons provided. I should have realised earlier but I do feel this website is intentionally misleading and geared towards money rather than the service provided and I have seen other reviews feel the same way. Completely unfair, unclear with a system designed to confuse and take your money.

Excellent platform for those looking for help with Cryptocurrency. As a cryptocurrency tutor I found this platform to be helpful in providing a good flow of students. Their tech is spot on. Payments are secure.

Avoid at all costs.. the transparency of a monthly subscription is not advertised clearly. They state in other reviews I have now seen they mention about a Superpass is mentioned on the payments page. This isn’t very transparent as many (including me ) didn’t notice is.. surely you should be obliged to explain what a Superpass actually is prior to the payments page.. Scam company.. avoid at all costs .. I have reported to the Ombudsman and my bank on their conduct. Disgusting behaviour ripping people off like this.. hope you get closed down for acting immoral

Superprof has helped me to connect to many students over several years, which has really benefited me as a part-time tutor. I have built great lasting relationships with some of my students, which has helped with my confidence in what I do. When I speak to them for the first time, I ensure they are aware of what they signed up for with the Student Pass and what they are paying for.

Excellent company and user support. I have been with them for 4 years and cannot find anyone similar that does not require you to use an in-house video-conferencing system but allows you to chose your own. Does what it says on the tin: many leads and customer support.

Do not use!! They take money out of your account monthly once they have your card details. Sign you up to monthly payments without you even knowing!! BEWARE.

I’ve sourced a few leads so far as a tutor. I’m looking forward to seeing what premium tutors recieve.

Great company for tutors and students.

Intuitive to follow, ad is very easy to set up, most guidelines can be found on the platform as well. Quick connections to students, usually you won't get fake messages as long as you respond quick enough.

Trick you into subscribing; can't I give zero stars? for parents looking for tutors they totally misrepresent what you are signing up for. You think it is one £39 fee to register which doesn't seem too much for a small chance of finding the right tutor. There is no clear reference to monthly / repeat charges, then they take the money over and over and don't email to warn you after the initial stage, so rely on you not realising that you are paying for something that you have never actually had any benefit from. It is easy to rack up hundreds of £s in subscriptions as they are deliberately misleading - this is OUTRAGEOUS and they should be shut down for this. More detail below...
there is no mention at all on the payment page that the £39 is a recurring monthly fee... either where the user is sent to make the payment or even in any small print underneath and with no menu at the bottom of the pages showing the 'terms and conditions' on any of the web pages on a user's 'normal' journey through the site - ie this is not on the page once a user searches for a Tutor, or the page with the form for enquiries to be sent to a tutor, or on the payment page... deliberately hidden!!

The Superprof helps a lot as part time tutor

I'm really happy with Superprof overall. I've managed to find a few pupils through the platform, which has been great. The interface is clean and easy to use. The one thing I'd improve is the requirement to "accept" a pupil before being able to message them. Also, despite having lots of testimonials and recommendations, I need to get reviews through the website to become an "Ambassador", which is annoying, but I'll hopefully get there one day.
