I absolutely love the customer service

I absolutely love the customer service. They really go above and beyond to make sure you get the results you desire for your project. Even when I had errors or issues they were quick to fix the problem. Also this site has the best cost for cloud rendering for any 3D Animation pipeline. It has been a life saver working with this render farm. Recommend this to anyone who needs a way to render their 3d project!!

The website doesn't function properly, the support is silent

I'm having trouble analyzing my scene. I uploaded my project from Cinema 4D (+Redshift) and started the analysis. The website says it takes 8–20 minutes, but I've been waiting for 45 minutes with no results. Support isn't responding, either in chat or when I submit a ticket. The Windows app doesn’t let me start rendering; it only lets me download the result, and clicking any button redirects me to the website. This service isn’t worth a dime if it doesn’t save me time and just causes stress, especially when I’m facing a tight deadline. Even though it’s business hours in the US when I reach out, no one responds—not even the chatbot. I’ve never encountered such terrible service and support when working with a render farm.

Thank you for the detailed report and for taking the time to write this - you're right to flag it.

What happened on your end was a real failure on ours. Our Cinema 4D rendering system was under maintenance at the time you uploaded your project, and the analyzer should have surfaced that state clearly instead of leaving you waiting 45+ minutes against the 8-20 minute estimate. The "support silent" experience compounded a bad situation with a worse one - there was no path for you to find out what was going on.

We've already issued a full refund to your account. That doesn't undo the lost time on a deadline-driven workflow, and we know it.

Two things we're fixing because of your feedback: (1) maintenance-window status will be displayed on the scene analyzer page before upload, not after, and (2) we're tightening the ticket-routing path so tickets don't fall silent again.

Thank you for naming the gap. We don't take 1★ reviews as a setback - we take them as the most useful signal a customer can give us.
