Premium statues and service

I ordered 2 statues (buy 1 and 1 free promotion) to be fair the delivery took a while (from china) but with an email asking about delivery time, I've received an email from Ros with all tracking information.
When I received the statues, one of them didn't stand properly (each statue comes in 2 pieces that you have to click into each other), I've emailed Ros, with pictures and video of statue. Without fail he offered a new statue to be send or my money back.
Excellent communication, premium customer service.
The statues are very well made and exactly like as on the website.
I will definitely buy again!
