I didn't purchase anything from this store yet somehow I was 'signed up' for a subscription. Just as well I was checking my bank transactions regularly as I noticed unauthorised payments coming out. Not sure how this happened as I hadn't shared my credit card number with them, so are they piggy-backing off another company and getting details that way? Certainly dodgy. No refund and had to change my credit card with all the inconvenience that entails.

These frauds should have no stars. They advertised a moon lamp free just pay shipping and handling on a Facebook add ok sounds nice so I do it. They never sent me the product 😡 it's been a year they also charged my card $45 for a membership that I didn't sign up for. They are sorry SOBs

I would never recommend this company to anyone- I was charged for a VIPmembership that I didn’t authorize and it took from April of 2019 to December 2019 to have them acknowledge that they were going to return a 1/4 of the portion they charged then said my bank was unable to process the return (Obviously it was not my bank yes I double checked the bank) and that they would send me a check now this year 2020 the first week in April will be a full year with trying to get my refund no check and no electronic return -

Absolutely stay away from this company, they have hidden charges, take 5 months to simply acknowledge an email and the customer service is appalling

So I've been waiting since April for something I ordered they then tell me they can reorder I and they will refund me so that I can. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I was ordering it for May I still havent received it. I'm completely over it if I dont receive the product I will call again and accept the refund and let my friends and family vially know what a bad company this is.You all should be ashamed of the business service

THIS IS A SCAM, whatever they are offering don’t buy it, they are a fraud, even with the free stuff they offer. I ordered an item on March 16th, I pay for the shipping and handling, it says that I was going to receive it in 4 to 6 weeks, today, three and a half month later NOTHING, I HAD RECEIVE NOTHING, I have called them at least once every week and every time they give me the same story that the main office will contact me between 24 to 48 hours and nothing, and today when I asked to have my money back they said that because more than 90 days had passed they have to talk to the main office to see if they can return my money. I am certain that this is just the way this fraud works; they keep you talking until the final time of 90 days comes for them not to pay you. I am doing this for people not to fall with these thieves. I am going to report them in every place that I can imagine

Order an item that is supposedly free. After it ships, then they bill $45.00 for a lifetime VIP membership. This was nowhere to be found when ordering. They will not give a full refund.

Saw adveet on Facebook for pancake flipper and on offer to pay only p&p. I placed an order an when I received an email saying they will debit my cc for $45. Been emailing them since then that's 3days ago to cancel no reply. Contact number is incorrect so can't phone them.

Please don't use them.

Crooks!!!!! This company steals your money. They dont give refund within 24hrs like stated in invoice. Customee service, supervisors dont help or listen. DO NOT ORDER!

These people need to be hanged for their war crimes. I wish I had read the reviews on here before I gave these people my card information. I was scrolling through my facebook timeline on my phone and saw an ad for free grill mats, just pay $1.95 shipping, I was going to give them to dad for father's day. Nowhere during the checkout process was there anything regarding a $45 membership fee. I placed the order for $1.95 and my account was charged $46.95 and my debit card was placed on hold, I received a text from my bank's fraud department to call them so I call my bank, I told them I only authorized $1.95, this is fraud. My bank 3-wayed me with "Supersavingz" customer service and they said they will process the refund and it should take 3-10 business days to get my money back. My bank rep hung up and said she's incorrect it actually takes 15 business days. I hung up then after reading these reviews I called my bank back, filed a claim, they're sending a new debit card to me. So now I have to wait for my new card to arrive and my money back. I left a negative comment on the facebook ad saying it's a scam and they deleted my comment. Please stay away from anything telling you to just pay for shipping!

The biggest scam online! They will give you a membership of which they say absolutely nothing, until you realize in your bank account, exactly like all those who have written reviews here! Scammers, do not answer the calls and when they finally answer you, they put any excuse to not refund your money, and obviously there is no track number to know if at least they will send you the products they advertise, surely more lies of their ghost products!

I ordered a lock watch from "Better Deal Plus" but it actually is Super Saving. Not billed til today for 46.95 but was supposed to be 1.95 for s/h. I called and was told that I would be getting a 10.00 refund. Tried to call back but they told me that no manager is there til 9am eastern time. No email was sent to me until Monday 27th n I ordered on the 24th n it says only refund is within the 24 hrs. Or order.

This company sucks assinine! They are intentionally scamming us out of our money. Per the website, you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order but the reps feed you horse manure about not being able to cancel via their customer service line. Instead, I was told to email them. Their website even states consumers can call or email to have the order canceled. This company is unscrupulous and should be banned. They don't respond to our emails. Contact your local attorney general to voice your complaint against this unscrupulous company who uses Facebook to steal our money.

This is the sorriest company I have ever dealt with. Charging 40.00 for a membership that has nothing said about that when you purchase. Then will not respond when you email them. Do not attempt to buy anything from them unless you have money to waste. You will not get your money back and most likely will not receive what you bought in the first place . This sight needs to be banned. It is a scam and a rip off. Be smarter than me and stay far far away from it. Don’t allow them to make another penny.

I'm so sorry I ordered a spoon for tea. I saw get free and just pay 4.95 shipping. So I did that and then got charged 44.95. I freaked out literally, I did not see any membership fee information. I called I was out raged that I couldn't get a refund. I got very upset so they took half off. I could not get them to give me all my money back. They said you will have it in 3 to 10 days. If not there after 10 days call. I was sick to my stomach about this because , I couldn't afford all that. They just said you paid membership and basically your stuck. I wish there was a way to fight this. They cant keep getting away with this. Stay Away!!

Worst Customer Service. I decided not to get the product after seeing they charged me $44.95 4.95 for product and $40 for a Lifetime membership that I never agreed to. Sent 3 emails within 24 hours to cancel the item and get a refund back. Never answered. I called 3 times and each time told me I can't get money back until. I finally threatened them with everything possible and now they are finally refunding my cc within 5-8 days. If not I will be after them big time. NEVER BUY FROM THEM AT ALL. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Worst company ever - have been charged but never got the item. I have emailed and called and still nothing.

If I could give it NO STARS I WOULD !!!!! Absolutely a SCAM. Their was an ad on Facebook for a free pancake thing I had to pay 4.95$ For shipping. Okay no problem.. now they didn’t mention a 40$ member ship fee! It said 4.95$ submit payment. Now all the way on the WAY WAY bottom in tiny writing said 40$ AFTER you already clicked submit payment. After arguing with people for 2 days and me threatening to call the bank on fraud charges and them saying they can give me 20% back. And then 50% back.. a young man finally told me he will refund me 100% of my money that will take 10 business days sooo we shall wait and see
