Completely ignored my warranty claim and messages

Bought a SuperSmashMedia branded PS1 memory card from SuperSmashMedia's own eBay page. The listing shown a 1 year guarantee, so when it stopped working in April after 7 months I sent them a message enquiring how I could claim the guarantee.

They never replied to this message. However, proven by the eBay page revision list, they edited the page to remove the reference to a 1 year guarantee 2 hours after my message, which is curious.

I sent a polite chase message the following week asking how I could claim the guarantee, stating that I noticed they revised the listing 2 hours after my last message to remove the reference to the guarantee, but I had bought the item when they were offering the guarantee so this should still apply. I received no reply.

I sent a third and final message to them, which was also ignored by Super Smash Media. I went to eBay to complain, who told me they would send a message to Super Smash Media on my behalf. As far as I'm aware, they ignored this too.

On looking for replacement parts I saw items being sold by them still claiming "1 year guarantee", so I felt I should warn customers here that, if their experience is anything like mine, Super Smash Media have no intentions of honouring such guarantee if they send you a faulty item, and will completely ignore you.

Edit: Fixed a typo
