Vodafone- no WiFi service at all after more then two weeks !!

Agreed to switch to them. Been over three weeks of broken promises to get WiFi connected. Still nothing. And I can't run my business. And they not sure if they help for at least another two weeks. What a third world company

They blame Openserve but custo.er service is abysmal. Honestly not worth the few Rand saving with them

Supersonic - Stay away from this NIGHTMARE

How can I give a 0- rating. Absolutely useless. First month and I can not work remotely, can't even stream.
Support department is useless and shrug their shoulders at 2 and 12 up and downloads respectively. Refuse to come and fetch their rubbish equipment, so I am paying for no internet AND buying cell data to be able to work. WHAT A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! Stay away!

Without warning Supersonic cancelled my…

Without warning Supersonic cancelled my account, everything was paid up to date. After they realised my husband had passed away. It is now 5days that I am waiting for the cancellation department to close down the old account and then only can I new account be opened . I am also still wanting for the refund on my old account. Not very impressed with them, but it’s sorry to say that unfortunately I can only make use of them.

This is a warning to all

This is a warning to all if you are considering getting fiber then do not I repeat do not go with supersonic. They are not helpful with anything and lie about there contracts it is a waste of time and money and if you threaten legal action for there breach of contract they nail you in every possible way they can

The worst company they laid to the people and to me they said for only R999 a month you get 150mb upload and 150mb download 2 days after activation I don't het 30mb download logged 4 tickets and phone 4 time hey send he speed is not garented so why the f I'm I pay R999 For this supersonic.co.za bull shit no one said or mentioned the 150mb is not garenteed I mean wtf

I signed up and received my order on…

I signed up and received my order on the 28/05/2025. Two days later the service stopped working, I have been without internet ever since, what frustrates me most is the level of service. I ignore the online reviews thinking it might be different for me. I called and called all the agents kept telling me it has been escalated and mind you that I'm working from home, this is ridiculous. You guys are the most terrible service provider. I am glad I took a month to month service this gives me a chance to cancel but regret that I paid already for a service that worked for 2 days.

Useless company

The staff at supersonic are totally useless. We haven't had internet connection for going to 2 months now. We have tried everything they suggested. It has been established that there is a fault with the router and there isn't anything more we can do from our side. Yet they keep telling us for several weeks now that they will send technicians out.

We have spent so much money calling their helpline. At this stage we just want to cancel with supersonic but we can't even get that done. They keep
making us go through troubleshooting steps we have already gone through over and over again.

When you call them they will tell you they have escalated the matter and will call you back. You call them to follow up, and speak with a consultant about the problem all over again. Thereafter you'll be told to hold on, till the line disconnects. It has just been a vicious cycle.

I find it shocking that a company like Supersonic is still in operation. The staff are just liars. They'll lie to you all day, everyday.

Please people don't ever attempt to sign-up with this company called Supersonic for fibre . Worst company ever. No communication. Never answer calls. No response on issues. How did this company get a license to operate!! I made 12 calls in 3 days to ask for help! They don't answer!!!!How did MTN or Vumatel align themselves with this nightmare if a company!!!!

I have been a supersonic client since 2021

I have been a supersonic client for over 3 years. Have had issues in the past with connectivity on my line where I had to log an ICASA complaint before they actually did something to fix it. I had a year of no issues and decided to upgrade my line to a 200/40 line which took a week to do (this was upgraded on Tuesday) after the upgrade I have had connectivity and stability issues on the line. And unable to get speeds over 2mbps. I called this morning and spoke to a gentleman who opened a ticket said I would have feedback by 11:00. I work from home and require my wifi for that and have not been able to work because of this. I called back a few minutes ago to get feedback and NOTHING has been done as yet. SO I have now given the ultimatum that this be rectified by 15:00 or I will be logging a new ICASA complaint as I am not going to be given a run around again for service that I pay for.

deserves a ZERO rating

deserves a ZERO rating! Had this wifi for less than a month and everyday at night it disconnects and i have to call them literally everyday of which i am first put on hold for 20minutes before anyone can answer! i cant do anything that i took the wifi for in the very first place. Who has money and time to call a service provider everyday because of the same issue ?? i am sick and tired of this pathetic service and yet i pay for it...i need this resolve as a matter of urgency else i am cancelling and telling people never to touch Supersonic ever again...too stressful as if i need more stress.... urgently fix or i walk with many with me!

These people will steal your money even after cancelling services. Do not trust them.

I was just debitted on the 1st of April for R1300 on my account after having no service since february 28th. I had requested on the 25th of February to have my line relocated to a new premesis. I had absolutely no response from Supersonic even after trying to call the call centre multiple times and logging tickets online.

I then recieve a call almost 3 weeks later after moving premises to assist me with relocating my line ( do people think we can wait around without internet for 3 weeks?)

I even advised the agent i had to get another deal because i had zero support from your company. And i advised him my location to collect the router from.

I then get debited R1378 this month because your company is incompetent to assist with migrating my line in time? This is the most daylight robbery i have ever witnessed. My packaged only costed R479pm and i have now had 3 months worth of payments taken from my account!

Horrible!!!

If i could choose 0 stars, I would. The installation is faulty. The customers service agents are horrendously incompetent and offer no help at all. A few months ago, they sent out a member to fix a wire, but due to their faulty work, it broke again recently and now our wifi is off and they still expect me to pay for a service I am unable to use which is idiotic. I called in to cancel and i was directed to do so on their website, as if they cannot do it telephonicly. The cancelation date is in a whole new month and the debit will still be going off my account. Daylight robbery if you ask me. Their staff is completely unprofessional. The person they sent looked like he simply did not want to help. I am appalled.

Rubbish

Rubbish. 4 years of rubbish speed. Promised 20mbs but we barely receive 1mbs.4 years of this. Then they gaslight me telling us that mtn has an issue in the area with lte, and yet their non fixed lte is hitting 30mbs. They have an issue for four years and haven't fixed it. What an embarresing excuse my god. They're a bunch of liars, get Fibre rather than deal with this bullsh!t

Absolutely useless service.

Due to bad service we notified Supersonic of cancellation of service on the 27 February 2025. We requested the date that the service will be terminated by them to supply to our new service provider.
Supersonic has not responded yet.
With all these bad reviews it surprises me that they are still allowed to have a business licence.

Supersonic is a SCAM

Supersonic is a SCAM. I payed R2000 last week and they suspended my account the very same day i paid it...now the activation is the problem since last week. I've been trying call them on all the numbers they have... No luck.

if you install it takes you some few minutes but when there's a problem you can't reach Supersonic easily.

South Africa try some other service providers, with Supersonic you will SUFFER... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO NETWORK. SCAM SCAM SCAM

People before you go for SUPERSONIC FIBRE look into facebook page of SUPERSONIC FIBRE COMPLAINTS...you will know what I'm taking about... SCAM

Don't do business with them

Don't do business with them. Have been trying to speak to someone for 2 weeks now. WhatsApp not working. Call centre cuts off call after more than 20 minutes hold. And messenger is even more useless.
