Order placed Jan 12. Website said 7–10 business day delivery.

The item was later declared OUT OF STOCK only after I reached out, so I agreed to a replacement.

The replacement was also out of stock, again, only notified after I reached out.

I was then told the order would ship soon because they “restocked”.

Nearly a month later, no tracking number has EVER been provided.

The support email was also missing at one point, the address didn’t exist on gmail.

Meanwhile, they send me an email requesting reviews.

They will lie about shipping times, restock, and refund times.

They cycle through “We will replace youe order” “We restocked” “Its out of stock” forever.

Moreover, despite the fact that they promised 14 day money back guarantee, they will flat out refuse a refund after 1 month of email back and fourth.

Broad daylight scam.

Do not buy from this company, they use ai to make their ads. When the clothes do come they are of extremely poor quality and when you ask for a refund they ghost you. My clothes took 2 months to ship and half my order didn’t even come in.

Supersuits sold items that were not actually in stock. My original order could not be delivered, and even the specific replacement item I selected was also unavailable.

Despite being unable to fulfill the order in any form, the company refuses to issue an immediate full refund and instead tries to push alternative solutions. This is unacceptable and violates basic consumer rights, when a seller cannot deliver, a refund is mandatory.

Selling unavailable products and then making the refund process difficult is misleading and feels like a scam. Friendly emails do not change the facts.
I strongly warn others to avoid ordering here.

Is the biggest scam ever if you want to lose money and time go head I try for weeks to tack my money back he never try to give me back I call my bank to cancel the payment.
I think you go find better stuff in temu and shein.

Avoid this company, I purchased one thing from them and they kept taking money from my account for 2 times after purchase, be careful from them they are not trusted 👎

It’s been about two months, and I still haven’t received my order.

Do not buy from them. If they don't have the item you wanted in stock, they'll just send you random items instead. It takes customer service AGES to respond, and they don't care at all. If I don't get my refund or the items I ACTUALLY ordered, I'll be issuing a chargeback.

In response to sellers reply, it was an outright lie. No package was sent out with the proper items. No other contact was made.

I bought from the website since January 2nd and nothing happened since then lol, not even a tracking number, no reply, no action, no order, no refund.

I hope I have the time to suit them and their shitty Buisness.

I'm starting to think this company is a scam; I ordered back on December 2nd, and now it is January 21, almost 2 whole months. Shipping is horrible; the customer service did not provide much help at this point, instead blaming it on the shipping company. i just want a refund; make sure I get my money back. Poor delivery service; my package took three weeks to arrive, and the quality of the clothing is not commensurate with the price. It's cheap fabric with an equally basic print. I hope they can improve the quality in the future.

I ordered a Christmas gift and one item wasn’t in stock. They refused to refund that item and ship the others. I was forced to switch to another product of same value and the options were limited. I wasn’t even able to pay the difference for an item I wanted that was slightly more. The gift ended up coming 3 days after Christmas. It is hard to communicate because the only way to contact customer service is through email and responses were 1 a day. It was a very bad experience and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. There needs to be a refund option for situations like this.

Just ordered the Punisher compression shirt. Took 1 week and a few days to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Fits well and the fabric is of good quality. Will def order from them again!!

As I didn't know anything eight days later, I wrote an email asking about and it turned out to be out of stock, which is completely beyond my control. Customer service only offered a replacement, but the order was a Christmas gift, so I couldn’t accept it.

This is unfair and unprofessional. There’s no clear policy protecting customers in such cases. Do not buy from this store. It's a scam.

I just got the shirt, it feels amazing, makes you look more jacked. The material is great and comfy and feel good during the workout.

It's a Chinese ecommerce, not US! Shipping time not aligned with what declared: ordered May 1st 2025, package has been shipped only on May 16th 2025. Today is May 19th 2025 and package still in transit. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Would honestly give a zero star if I could. I placed an order 9 weeks ago for two gym sets and have received nothing. When I emailed them the first time i got no response, when I emailed the second time I got no response. They sent me then an email 3-4 weeks later with a tracking code, but every time I try to track it nothing comes up. I’ve emailed about a refund and again not even a word back. Proper scam. Customer service is dreadful. Waste of money.
