Great Service!

I order a lot from supertails and they always deliver the items on time. The products have good offers as well.
I have tried the online ver consultation as well and the Doctors are qualified and give the right directions.
They also send free gifts for my dog randomly.

Supertails has always been my favourite site to order all the essential products for my furry baby!!its not just a site... people working there ensure we are taken care off by calling,taking followups,giving discount coupon, giving birthday presents.and most importantly they provide products with huge discounts..one could not ask for more!!thanks supertails for being so thoughtful towards pets and pet parents!!

Surprise gifts for my pet

Supertails.com makes my Billu's celebrations more special by sending him regular gifts for his special occasions. I'm always delighted to receive the surprises for my pet. They also take special care about his health with call ups regarding his health issues.
One thing they must must do is give better discounts on their website.

Many thanks for the Bday gift

Many thanks for the Bday gift. I express immense pain to inform that Issac my furry friend is no more as he was killed by a local male cat last October. He was my son and may his soul rest in peace is the only request from you. Issacs gift will be shared by his little princess Tini whose birthday is next month. Most of the staff speak with tremendous…

Most of the staff speak with tremendous haughtiness, wrong tone, wrong choice of words, probably they feel they are acting professional but the lack of empathy will bring their services down. Change the staff or train them to have a smile in their voice. The delivery people are just as bad, calling ten times to ask for the location.
