I would give a zero but I cannot. Booked a hotel for this past Saturday. Arrived at the hotel with my confirmation number and the hotel had no record of my reservation. I never got an email confirmation and when I looked at my message from Super Saver they had my email completely wrong. I tried to reach customer service over 2.5 hours waiting and finally found another hotel. I went on their website and was texting with them for help. What a joke. I called my cc filed a dispute/claim. Bottom line DO NOT USE THEM. Total scam

Don't deal with this site. They are scammers, I booked a ticket through this website, and it happened that the airline had rescheduled the flight, they sent me a no-replay email informing me that if the new schedule does not suit me, I have to contact them within five days, they didn't include an email nor a phone number to contact. So I had to Search the internet to find their contact information. They had only a phone number so I called them to inform them that the new schedule does not suit me, I found out that they have customer service in English only and with an Indian accent I barely understand, he received my request and said we have to contact the airline to inform them, and it takes a few days and you will receive an email from us. After a few days, I received an email that I had to contact them if I would proceed with the procedures, I did so they told me you will receive an email from us tomorrow, the next day i recieved an email informing me that unfortunately that i didnt contracted them within five days the airline refused to accept my request for refund.
Problem solved - Luggage
We had an issue with luggage purchased and not recognized by the airline company. It was fixed by Supersaver, they refunded the amount.
SCAM
I booked tickets for my family of five from Copenhagen to Thailand. Price was 25000DKK and when receiving the confirmation email they had charged 30220DKK. More than 5000DKK more. The only reason I bought them on Supersaver was due to the price. Customer service let me know that prices change all the time and in no way offered to help fix. However, when checking the minute after I received the confirmation email, Supersaver still offered the tickets at 25000 DKK.
Scam Company
It was the worst booking experience ever. They stole my money, which is equivalent to 1600 $ openly and rudely. They can answer the customer service phone, but you will not be able to understand what they are saying because of their speed of speaking, and you will never be able to recover what was stolen. My flight schedule has been changed and 3 months later I didn't get any information about that. I made a double check with my ticket when I realized the changing.I had to buy new ticket for 3 times higher price. The customer service said: we sent email to you. It's a big lie I think. They doesn't want to send me the email copy. I've asked: all proof about the communication, the manager's name and email contact, office address in UK, They said: we couldn't provide any proof and any other details. So they're a fraud company. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I booked a ticket on this website. I was shown on the last page that I will recieve 30 pounds dicount if I pay with debit card and I was charged 110. I didnt even know this was possible. Fraud company.

they did not provide a clear explanation for refunding rights when buying a ticket (while you will see a lot of requests to pay for so-called extra services here and there) and I just selected the only option which added extra cost to the final price and I referred to the airline itself to get this information. and in the airline, they provided two different types of tickets one which was not refundable and another which was refundable. so I trusted this and when I wanted to cancel my ticket they took a lot from the ticket. it is a real shame

This is by far the worst Company i have ever experienced. Bought a trip a month ago, 10 days ago i Got an e-mail saying one Of the flights had been canceled. Since then I have been on the phone with super saver travel everyday for more than a week, been offered several alternative flights, and got no confirmation, even though they promised to reach back to me. Now 2 days before my trip I still haven’t received anything, and they can’t provide me any flights on the days I’m available. It ended up with a request for a refund. I’ll now be taking legal action against this fraudulent company, and hopefully reaching out to enough people, so no one in the future buys from this joke of a company

Booked tickets (fly out and back ) with them for Egypt (Air cairo). The return was booked for a afternoon flight at 15:45,with kids was best option for me even if I paid more then other flight times. After 1 week i have been advise from them, the return flight has been rescheduled at 3am (night flight)!!!
If i knew that could book my self at that time so i coud safe a few hungreds £ . No worth for me ask for refund as i had to pay a charge each person for that. So decided to keep the booking.Fly out was OK.
Return flight we went at the airport, we find our flight and was scheduled for 4am instead 3am .
We haven't been advise for that Time change!!

Then due to unforeseen circumstances I canceled it within the first 24 hours.
I have received an email that the refund will be processed and paid within 1-2 weeks.It has been a month and no refund made yet.
Scam ,they still owed me 15000 Sek.
