I ordered a product 10 days ago. So far, I have not received any news on when the order will arrive, or anything. 4 days ago I sent an email to check if they have an approximate, but no one has answered. The interesting thing is that Im in the EU, so its not really that difficult to send, as they also are here.

Ill give the benefit of the doubt because I purchased during the holiday season. For small companies, they can have the days off. Nonetheless, it feels like I paid a perfume and test samples for nothing and that I'm getting ripped off. This doesn't help to bring trust in buying from small companies online.

Terrible shipping and no support, purchased a sample set to test prior to Black Friday and item was sent back to which had to be resent. Eventually removed the sample set and missed out on BF sales.. sent emails chasing product and for voucher codes to take advantage of post BF discounts but ignored.. I did purchase Soho as I already had a sample but after 1pm working days hasn’t even left their depot and they ignoring emails.. shame as this frag house has potential but they treat their clients poorly and not seriously.

I paid 68$ for colonge and they provide ups tracking that says it returned back sender. I tried contacyingbthem for past month with no return e-mail or reimbursement. This company is terrible and reputation is garbage.

They sent the wrong order, I sent 3 emails to customer service, they never replied.

Beautiful fragrance with incredible staying power. The shipping process was smooth, updates were timely, and the parcel arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

A great company selling very, very high quality niche perfumes at a competitive price. Bought Morocco, Khamzat Smesh and Caesar Ultra. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely come back.

BUT! the company should seriously consider changing the shipping company. The shipping is handled by UPS, which is by far the worst shipping company in the history of the world. I give you 4 stars but I would definitely have given you 5 stars if it wasn't for UPS.
That said, Superz Budapest is a great company and I will definitely be back, but change the shipping company. And do it NOW!

Poor dispatch and communication. Won’t be ordering again. Ruined my dads birthday present now he has nothing to open on this birthday

Love this company. Bought my first bottle in the Black Friday sale they had going on. I got Khamzat The Wolf and absolutely no regrets. I love the fragrance and when it came, they sent load of samples so I could try out their other fragrances. I am looking to get my hands on 1899 or Teneriefe next. Definitely worth the money in my opinion.

As soon as I bought my first bottle on the Sunday, I ended up buying a second bottle of the exact same fragrance while it was still on sale less than a week later!

For a first time buyer though, might be worth going for a more safe option and testing the samples for other fragrances as they are imported into the UK so naturally returns are slightly iffy.

This is the 7th and 8th Scents I have from this House. I placed order 145673 Sunday evening 1st Sept it arrived Lunch time today 5h Sept having had samples of both fragrance I know Both Memories Gold and Morocco are both great smelling. long lasting at a great price direct from the Superz website.I think you would be hard pressed to find another Perfume House that gives you this Quality of Product and such great service at any cost

Great perfume. I was a bit sceptical before ordering as I was not aware of this brand, I went for Royal Oud as I know it is difficult to get it right by many brands, I was silenced by the amazing fine quality. I will definitely try different scents from this company.

Paid $330 usd for 2 fragrances, just to receive the item 2 weeks later. Opened and used by customs. Crazy. Won't be doing business here again.
