I have been a loyal customer of Supliful for some time, trusting their products for quality. However, their recent handling of a major pricing change has left a bad taste in my mouth. Without any real notice, they transitioned from their subscription models and gave customers only seven days to adjust. To make matters worse, they only sent a single “reminder” email two days before the change was set to go into effect, pretending that an earlier notification had been sent—which it hadn't (my e-mail only gets notifications from them). They also modified their Terms of Service without any notification.
This lack of transparency and respect for customers’ time and budgets is unacceptable, especially from a company that claims to value trust and reliability. For many of us, this abrupt change in cost structure affects not only our budgets but our ability to plan and run our businesses smoothly. Had they been upfront or provided proper notice, it might have felt less like a cash grab.
While their product quality is solid, their customer communication and integrity around pricing practices clearly need serious improvement. Customers deserve honesty and fair notice, not last-minute surprises.

To make the transition as smooth as possible, we also offered special options for our customers:
Free Trial: All current customers received a complimentary 7-day trial, and new customers were granted a 3-day trial. This way, everyone had a chance to explore the new subscription model without immediate commitment.
Introductory Discount: After the trial, customers could select any plan for only $1 for the first month, giving ample time to evaluate which plan best fits their needs.
We understand that changes to established plans can be challenging, and this was a decision we did not take lightly. Moving to a subscription model allows us to continue investing in the features and services that support your business growth.

There's so much to say so I'll do my best to summarize. I believe the decision to join with Supliful has been the best move I made this year in 2024. I read the negative reviews here on trust pilot and it made me hesitant enough not to start sooner but I decided to just take the leap of faith and accept whatever outcome on the other side.
Now it's towards the end of the year of 2024 and the process is complete and I couldn't be more grateful. I always thank the company every chance I get.
From the beginning of the journey, they held my hand and did pretty much everything for me. All I had to do was use my brain and get creative on what I wanted my vision to look like and they made it happen. I got my own supplement brand now.
Their compassionate, positive and will work with you throughout the way. You just have to make sure you communicate with them. They always answered my questions and concerns. Their customer service is top notch so there are no worries about that. They always make sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
On the product and fulfillment side, it's streamline and efficient. Their shipping is FAST. I did a test order for my products of course and it got to me on time and I took my product for 30 days to make sure my customers are getting good quality and everything went well.
The best part about Supliful is even after the process of building is finished, they still work with you till the very end. Any questions or additional stuff you want to add to your brand, they'll guide you and make sure it's done.
It's a lot more to say but I said enough. I think that should be enough of a summary.
No complaints on my side. Not even a negative or a recommendation of something they can do better. I am satisfied.
I know everybody experience is probably different. I feel terrible for the people who didn't have good experiences as I don't know what went wrong. I can only speak from my experience and I plan on partnering with them for a very very long time.
