Honestly can't fault Supp.City at all. The quality of the supplements is top tier, always exactly what I need. Delivery is super fast every single time — never had to wait long. And the communication is always on point, any question gets answered quickly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone serious about their training
I placed an order with Supp City over ten days ago and have still not received my items. I have sent multiple emails to their customer service, but they have never responded – not even an acknowledgment.
The complete lack of communication is unacceptable for any company, let alone one that takes payment upfront and leaves customers in the dark. I have no idea if my order will ever arrive, and there is no way to get in touch with them.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to stay away from Supp City. Poor service, zero communication, and a very frustrating overall experience.

I’m sorry to hear you feel this way. As we already told you multiple times through e-mail; the parcel was shipped the next day and you can see in your Track&Trace link that the parcel is still on it’s way. We can’t help that it needed to be shipped to Ireland and the carrier is taking so long. It might be shipped through Engeland, which means that it can take longer because of custom clearance, but we can’t see if that’s the case. We do admit that we also think it’s taking to long at this time, but this is out of our control.
