Great customer service
My order arrived damaged so I emailed about it. Within 2 hours I’d had a reply fully resolving the issue and this morning got a notification to say a replacement item had already been shipped out to me with express delivery. Considering it was New Year’s Eve I wasn’t expecting to even hear back from anyone! Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received, very impressed and will be a returning customer.
