I placed an order with 6 pieces of…
I placed an order with 6 pieces of product.payment is also done. But there was no email confirmation about 6hours after the order placed. Only when i reached out to customer service via form in website, i received a response that the store does not have enough stock. They had only 2 on hands. This is strange for me atleast because if they dont have enough stocks, they should notice the customer on website, why they let me order and paid. Even no info/confirmation untill i asked. But when i talked customer service person on live chat function, he/she said that this is normal. Then i think it can be normal for them but abnormal for me. Finally, they cant tell when i can receive the 2nd shipment of the order.
Not recommend this website.
