Waiting in vain
I was sent an incorrect order (which, on the plus side, was sent promptly). Almost a week after returning it I have not heard anything as to the progress of the order, or whether the return was received.

Boiler Part
I needed a rocker switch for an old boiler which was not easy to find. Eventually found it through Supplied Direct and it was delivered in less than 24 hours. Excellent service!

Good service
For me it all went wrong as I had been given a part number by Gledhill but when it arrived, it turned out to be wrong. Not the fault of Supplied Direct but they were very good in handling its return.
I was a bit disappointed in the original delivery time - I paid for express but although ordered before the cutoff time, it took two days to arrive.
