Wenzhou Shaozhen Smoking Set CO., Ltd engaged in fraud and deception. After placing an order over $1,000 with guaranteed delivery in 60 days, they disappeared from Alibaba catalogs, seller agent changed name from Catherine to Monica and they falsely claimed that they had shipped the order. After more than 60 days with no tracking info I attempted to cancel order. They submitted false information claiming that 3 packages were shipped with fake photo evidence showing two packages. They then worked with Alibaba agents behind the scenes and shortly after the trade dispute evidence submission window closed, they purchased a shipping label from ups and denied refund. More than 30 days later, over 90 days after order was placed, they claimed order was delivered and UPS received 1 package. Package contained part of the order (more than $660 of product was missing) They lied and claimed that the full order was shipped and denied refund. They continued to work behind the scenes with Alibaba to deny any refunds and claim order was shipped but had no further tracking/shipping evidence. After 150 days I had to file a dispute with my credit card company for the missing $660. Alibaba immediately closed the trade dispute and denied refund while appealing the credit card dispute. Order placed the beginning of May and still working on getting the $660 back from my credit card company. Do not do business with Wenzhou Shaozhen Smoking Set CO., Ltd. and do not expect Alibaba trade assurance to be of any help, they work with the fraudsters to keep your money despite having 3 uninterrupted videos of package opening from 3 different angles to prove the contents were not the complete order and proof that the photo they submitted as shipping proof was faked (the one package received contained the products listed on the photo of the two boxes they claimed were shipped 45 days prior and was not either of the two boxes shown and were in completely different packaging). Trusting either of these companies was a big mistake.
