8 candle glasses damaged in transit, but was only replaced with a box of 6 for my trouble.

Very poor collection experience
Unfortunately, an extremely unsatisfactory experience, ordered 1kg of beeswax for collection, as I live about a mile away. Wished I'd just had it delivered, as when I went to collect the package, the gentleman who spoke to me was really unpleasant and accused me of being aggressive, which I mostly definitely was not. I understand this is not a shop and customer service would not be a priority when collecting from a warehouse however, how I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. I called customer service straight away to report it and my mobile number and email address was noted and I was told that they would look into it, but sadly no one has got back to me, so feel totally let down. I know it was only a small order, but I'm extremely shocked that people think they can talk to people in this way. I'm disappointed to not be able to leave a more positive review, as I can see most customers seem to have had a great experience, but unfortunately I was not the recipient of same.
