I am impressed with the quick response to orders in delivery. I’ve ordered large concrete paving stones, pebbles, and garden lumber at very reasonable prices. The materials were unloaded in a convenient area close to the truck. The drivers are very helpful and polite. The office is also there to help with questions and inquiries about materials and orders. I will continue to use Supply on Time and recommend them to others.
It was suppose to be delivered and dropped off but you charged me extra $40.00 which I do not understand the reason

I apologize for the misunderstanding.
Your original order included Truck Bed Delivery, which means that the customer is responsible for unloading the materials from the truck. You later requested to change the service to Curbside Delivery, which includes unloading the materials near the truck.
The additional $40 charge was invoiced for the upgrade to Curbside Delivery.

Communication was prompt. Delivery was on time. The items were placed nice and neat. However, the items were delivered on the wrong area of my property. I requested for the items to be delivered at the end of the driveway near the gate as I have a back injury and cannot lift heavy items and I was not available to be present for the delivery. The items were dropped off at the front yard gate on the opposite end of the property no where near the driveway. Honestly, I can’t understand how the walkway looked like a driveway to the delivery person. There’s no way a car can fit in there. A for effort.
This is a great service. I can get things I cannot get thru my local Home Depot. The driver was great. I will definitely continue to use this service.
