AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We used SupplyCS as our 3PL across Australia, Canada and the UK for the last 3 years. The first year they were great. The past 2 years they were absolutely terrible, and I'm writing this review to warn other brands to never work with SupplyCS.

Their Canadian 3PL constantly made errors on the documents, which led to us being overcharged for shipping and import fees. They would never take responsibility for these errors and always passed the extra fees on to us. We had to flag almost every single monthly invoice they sent us because they were overcharging us. For example, they would apply sales tax to line items that shouldn't be taxed at all. They also shipped our orders a day late, well after the SLAs we'd agreed on. When Canada Post went on strike, they took over a month to bring on a new courier for us, and then charged us $15 per label to print manually because they didn't have the tech infrastructure set up correctly — so they forced us to pay for their extra labour costs.

The Australian 3PL was very similar, and often took days to ship out orders that were in stock and should have gone out the same day. They mixed up our new stock with returns, and would ship returned goods out to new customers without checking them first. They would also take over a week at a time to inward new stock, often causing huge delays, which led to negative experiences and reviews from our customers.

When we finally moved to a new 3PL, they said they'd never received stock in such bad condition before. It was poorly packed, damaged in many cases, and none of the products were packed on the same pallets. They also told us we'd been getting ripped off on what SupplyCS had been charging us for courier fees over the past 3 years.

I hope no other brands have to deal with SupplyCS and their unprofessional, passive-aggressive nature. Please AVOID this 3PL at all costs...
